Avoiding Damage

All prints come unframed. To avoid damage to the print please use a profesional framer to handle artwork from the tube.

Production Time

The limited edition prints are individually made to order. Please allow two weeks for production time plus shipping. If you have a certain date and deadline, please get in touch. Although express shipping is used, delays in customs and with postal services within countries are out of our control.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns.

A refund will take place once the item is returned and inspected for any damage.

All items are inspected for quality before shipping and must be returned in the same condition to qualify for a refund.

Just contact us within 14 days of receipt and ship the items back.

Once production and shipment have started, items cannot be canceled.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will notify you when your return has been processed.

Please Note: We cannot, under any circumstances, offer any refunds or replacements for international orders that are unclaimed or undeliverable.

On the exceptionally rare occasion that orders are damaged during transportation, a clear photo of the damage is required within 5 days of receipt.

International customers will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.
